In this tutorial you say something about a "reference guide" for all of the path/objects/observers etc. Is that avalible somewhere?

I would like to know how to "set" a, send A, and send B on a track, kind of like you do with the "set solo" in the tutorial.

How would I do that?

how do i specify that it is the device on/off that want to control? (eg how did you know that you had to use the word solo to control the solo button?)

Alot of the Information you seek is in the document called The Live Object Model (LOM). If you look at the Max (Not in Live) help then click on Max For Live and on the right hand side there should be the document I mentioned.

For devices... Here is a little patch that uses M4L.api.SelectParameter in a bpatcher to show you all of the parameters.
