m new to use the abelton with max4live set up and i dont know if mu and max4live are for me.so i have my question is.
if you have live with max4live combo,
do you need to buy max5 in order to use mu template on the lemur?
or the mu can work without max5?
im kind of confused on these please.

I'm having some trouble with getting my .jzlib to show up in Mu. I'm building an interface for another max for live device but my .jzlib won't show up. I can pull one of the others to the folder I made and that will show but mine doesn't. Any ideas or suggestions?? Also when I try to load my device I briefly get a red text box at the bottom of the lemur that says generating thumbnails. Thanks for the help.

After fiddling with it a bit more now it flashes my interface for a second but it doesn't show up in the container.

I must be doing something wrong. Mu seems to freeze and crash out on my lemur when messing with getting my jzlib to show up. :(

I am a happy user of the new MU module. I also used the King ROC template(http://www.jazzmutant.com/workshop_tutorialslist.php?id=kroc)
quite a bit in the past. I am wondering whether it is possible to have both MU and the King Roc template running simultanously (switching back and forth btw the 2 modules by pressing buttons on top right hand side of lemur). Anyone tried this before or anyone got a hint how to achieve this?

I figured it out. I'm not used to exporting modules from jazz editor and didn't realize you have to select all, then export. I assumed it would send all on the page. oops! lol

I have some questions about Mu devices:
Is there any limit to size of jazz mutant patches or number of lemurClient to deviceParameter connections? I've been working on an interface for a while and suddenly my new connections don't seem to talk to the plugins. I haven't done anything different. I've been looking for mistakes but haven't found any yet.
Also I just made an alternate interface with only the button that was not working and the power button and copied just those two in to a new max patch and they work!!!! Have I hit some sort of limit? Or is this why you had a sub patcher in the tutorial? Still poking around..

Ugh... So I tried encapsulating the different sections of the patch and that made none of them work! I tried pasting everything back in and everything still wasn't working. Thankfully I kept a back up. I tried this same thing on a simple test with just a few faders and it worked fine. Not sure what's going on. I'm going to update from Max 5.1.2 to 5.1.4 Maybe that's what's gone screwy. (I'm pretty new to Max but something seems off)
