hi folks,
i'm trying to get my midi in from a midi keyboard to play a vst instrument (pro-53).
at the moment all my incoming midi is doing is changing the presets of the vst synth.
how do i make it play the notes instead?

This sounds like more of a Live thing... In general you want to insert your VST into a track and then select your keyboard as the midi input. Make sure that you click the, "in" button to get input from the keyboard.
